  • First I want to say a BIG thank you to Dr. Richard Michaud and all the wonderful staff from the front desk to every assistant in the office. They have wonderful customer service skills and so attentive to the children. My 5 year old (he was 4 at the time) needed 4 root canals and I was terrified. They explained the whole process to me and my son, they were understanding and answered every question that my husband and I had. I thought for sure my son would be scared of the dentist after his procedure but it was quite the opposite. His 6 month appt he was excited and ready to go and play with the iPads and get his prizes. He then had to get 3 teeth pulled because his other ones were coming in fast! We just went today and they were amazing again! I had a few billing questions from the last appointment and they took care of everything right away (no attitudes or blaming) he's feeling great and they even put his teeth in a treasure box for the tooth fairy! Bring your children, you won't regret it!
