  • Got caught in traffic appoint at 9am, arrived at 9:09 , I even called to advise that I was running late. When I arrive I apologized rep said no problem but you missed your appt need to get you in with the PA said I would prefer the dr but ok, she took my money, left me for 15 minutes can back and advised your appoint time is at 10:40. I said you said I could get right in. Cant believe being 9 minutes late would cost me to lose my appt and be expected that another appt an 1 1/2 later would be ok and to meet with a PA instead of a DR. Did they just think I would wait around let alone.. 5 other people waiting in the waiting room and their appt were before mine. Time with dr. would be less than 5 minutes as I was required to see the dr to get my prescription refilled. Office manager was both rude and kicked me out. Have referred 6 people to this place I will never go back.
