Let me start by saying that I'm a creature of habit. I've been going to Polished since I moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago and even though I wasn't a satisfied customer every time.
So as fate would have it, I broke two nails before a wine tasting and when I called Polished they had nothing available for me. This is common, as I do IBD (hard gel) and they only have a few technicians qualified to do this particular service. You would think that with the amount of clients they have through the door they would have well rounded employees.
This lead me to My Pedi Nails and Spa.
Conveniently located just around the corner from my home, and open for an IBD appointment with Steven. I was definitely running late that day and even so, they accommodated me. I was the last one in the spa and I did not feel rushed what so ever. Steven took great care of me and did a wonderful job.
In addition to the accommodation, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. This place is BEAUTUFUL! And quite large. They even have a "Princess spa" area for your little princess! Complete with butterfly wings on the chair and pink upholstery! With school around the corner and my little princess's birthday just days away I made an appointment for her!
So here we are, second time and I'm just as pleased as the first. They catered to my princess and made us feel welcome. Her mani pedi was only $28! Not only that, but I happened to ruin my nails from days ago by using a lotion with bronzer, and Cindy fixed me right up. They didn't hassle me or push me into paying for a service- she told me she would fix it and she did. I'll def be back.
Thank you!
