  • Moved in and requested a 1st floor unit, I even said I will pay the move fee. I told them I had a bad knee and could not keep walking up the stairs. I was told I could have the unit they were cleaning and they rented it to someone else. I just went to the office and told them I seen a unit empty on the first floor and they had to get it ready. The office girl told me they are going to move someone else into it. Then she said it is first come first serve, I told he that is what they said last time and I was already here. She said so what. I told her I already checked around and will have to move and she again said so what , move then. The people here are noisy on this floor and run up and down the walkway shaking the unit. The Spa does not work and has a sign saying it is permanently closed. It has been 100 degrees for the last week and the pool is still closed. Even with this I was still willing to live here but now since they told me they would work with me and now they will not. Let them keep chasing people that pay their weekly rents late.
