  • I took my laptop to be repaired quite a while back, they said I needed a new hard drive, so I had it replaced, but about two months later or so I started having problems again and they said I got a defective hard drive, but instead of replacing it for free like they should have, I was charged for another one, which really pissed me off, not to mention that they take way to long to do repairs, in my case it took over a week. They are also way to expensive when it comes to repairs. You're better off going on craigslist like I did the last time I needed my laptop serviced, There are plenty computer experts who will do it for a very low price, plus some will even come to you if you want and will have it done in most cases the same day, usually an hour or two. I will never use the Geek Squad again and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself money and time and go elsewhere. Trust me!
