  • I like renting from Budget, but the customer service from Jazmine was lacking. She was not friendly and did not smile much. Picking up a car after midnight, this would have made the experience a little more pleasant. I also noticed she was chewing gum. Very tacky and shouldnt be allowed at the counter/on-duty. I work at a hotel and our front desk staff is never allowed to chew gum at the desk while on duty.
