  • Would give 0 stars if possible. Was recommended by employees to purchase the Kryolan product. Bought all the tools, $20 setting powder and sponges to apply properly. Spent $60+. When I applied it at home, it was oily and runny. Setting powder smeared the colors together and creased and ran. Makeup was dripping and rubbing off on my clothes. Got to my Halloween party and not even an hour later half of my face had smeared off. The black colors were splotchy. And blues and reds had faded and were indistinguishable. Brought products back the next day (mind you only the black and color palette, I kept all the tools and base) and employee would not even exchange, even after she opened one of my palettes and scooped and smeared the black pigment all over the back of her hand and then handed it back to me!!!! Should of stuck with a brand I knew, not Kryolan as suggested by employees, Kryolan who sponsors the store. Bad review because of bad recommendations and bad customer service. Stick to Sephora and Ulta who honor returns on shitty and faulty products even after opened and tried!!!!
