  • No need to give a dissertation here. This location is one of the worst BB in terms of knowlegable employees and poor customer service. Went in to buy my girlfriend a Nikon Cool Pix camera, a Vaccuum and a Win Laptop computer and couldn't get anyone to help me for over 25 mins. Are you "fk'g" serious???? Customer Service is definitely not something taught or practice at this location. So I went to a Scottsdale BB location and got everything I needed in under 15 minutes. Friendlier service, cleaner store and knowledgable staff. What a difference a location makes.
