  • This is one of the worst taxi companies. I called a taxi through our CORPORATE account with Royal to attend a CORPORATE event, and waited for 40 minutes with no taxi showing up. I called back, waited on the phone for 5-10 minutes after being on hold where they picked up said "how can I help you" yet I was on hold while they looked into why the taxi hadn't come. I was put on hold again twice only to confirm the taxi had to be reordered as it hadn't been despatched yet. I said forget it and cancel as it had already been 45 minutes, and they hung up on me.
