  • Went to Victory Dental to see about having an implant on my front tooth. They checked my insurance and came back with a figure I could afford. I put down a deposit and was given novacaine to pull the front tooth and was told they didn't have the right implant and come back tomorrow and they would pull the tooth and put the implant in. Meanwhile I put down more money so they could give me a flipper to wear while I was healing from the implant. So, the next day after waiting in the chair for 65 minutes for the doctor after being told he would be in in a few minutes without an I'm sorry to keep you waiting, like my time wasn't important, the doctor pulled my tooth and then said I was done. I asked him if he put the implant in and he said my husband said no. Come to find out he told me and my husband it would be another $2700 dollars. I was so mad that I went to him after telling me one price and then changing it. I would never have had the tooth pulled. I definitely don't recommend Victory Dental.
