  • Looking for an Italian restaurant to take friends to this coming week, and based on recent very high ratings in the reviews, we decided to try it. The kitchen is very competent and the service was excellent, but the dishes were not up to our expectations. The house salad was OK, but way overdressed. The escargots were mediocre, and the garlic butter was browned..lots of garlic...but the browned butter flavor tasted burned. The veal piccata was also OK, but undistinguished. The pasta Marco lacked complexity or depth. Overall it was a dissapointment.
