  • some of the staff here are helpful, BUT I would never buy a computer here again. If I buy from an apple store, I can return for a full refund for 14 days, no problem. Here, if the box was opened, I have to pay 20% restocking fee, and I still get only store credit, no refund. Bought a mac to replace one that was stolen. 'Find my mac' found my mac! yay. So I had the new one for 3 days, and I can't return it. I WISH I had bought it at the apple store. Why would you accept CSC's lousy return policy when there is a much better alternative? I also prefer to shop locally, but in this case it was a mistake. Anyone need a brand new macbook air?
