  • I found extra space online, I didn't need a big space nor air cooled and found the exact room I wanted and price, it was advertised as first month free. I drive to the office and go to set up my storage space, and the girl who kept saying she was new, started to charge me 10$ more than what was advertised. After I brought it up, she looked online and honored what I was quoted. I was not given my first month free even tho it was advertised online and on the front of the building for my specific room, I was already frustrated from having to get the price to what it should have been so I didn't even say anything about the first month, which I should have. On my move in day which was sunday, I go to my unit and she hadn't even taken the locks off, thank god the live on site manager was in her apartment and was able to let me in. I continue to get emails several times a week from Janet asking me to make a review so I decide to call and ask why I did not receive my first month for free as advertised and she says it's because my room wasn't available for a free first month, even though it was advertised and it was an online special. I tried to reserve my unit online and I had to drive to the store because the site wasn't working. Janet rushed me off the phone because she was with another customer so clearly their needs were more important than mine. This business has false advertisement and they will try to charge you more than what they advertise unless you open your mouth. I am not happy and won't be keeping my things here long.
