The Buffet at Bellagio used to be one of our favorite places to eat at in Vegas. It's quality to my husband and I have gone down tremendously and the price seems to go up.
FOOD:
It's your normal Buffet (well to us it is) and not very many things to rave about. There was 2 of the cooks in the crab legs section (older man) who seemed to rush anyone who was asking for their crab legs to be steamed. They had snow crab legs and king crab legs that did not look like KING CRAB leg to us; you can ask them to
Steam your crab legs for you (cause it sits on ice). Fruit and salad bar wasn't nothing to rave about and for a so called HIGH END buffet- you would think there would be an abundance of veggie/salad selections etc and fruits. They have an Caviar bar, Italian, Chinese, Rotisserie and Carvjng station and a couple other ones, along with sushi bar.
CHINESE section- was a joke.
SUSHI BAR- is a joke. Fish used for spicy tuna hand roll was so mushy and not fresh. The rest of.the.other sushi was hard and cold (as of its been on ice forever).
CAVIAR BAR- I liked the Tobiko Caviar
DESSERT STATION- was the best part of the buffet. They had sugar free desserts (variety) and peach cobbler was as we say in Hawaii "onolicious"
DRINK STATION- is self serve now and that's a good thing too.
SERVICE:
THEY WERE very good about clearing plates and cups etc.
