  • I am not a patient, but I recently drove my elderly mother to her appointment, and I even went back with her when she saw the doctor. I think the staff is great. Very friendly. Except... The front desk people. They acted like they were annoyed to have to help the patients coming in, and they are kind of short and rude when speaking. Just not very friendly or welcoming. The ladies at the check-out desk are wonderful. They need to hire people just like them to work the check-in desk.
