I honestly can't give this place three stars - it really is great. I don't have pets anymore but I can definitely compare this to the upscale boutiques I used to frequent in San Francisco when I used to shop for my chihuahuas.
Went here on 12/23/11 with my sister to get some gifts for her BF's sister's pets. These dogs have Burberry collars so low budget wouldn't do it for these ones.
There is a lot of cute stuff in their bakery case but I think the grain-based bakery items are on the pricey side at $1.50+ each. I'd love to see them come down on their raw hide prices - they're very high.
They have some awesome luxe products, at a price - $65 Juicy Couture dog bowls, "expensive brand" alcohol & couture chew toys at $15 each ("Christian LoBOWtin" heels or "Grey HOUND" alcohol) which were super cute.
There are some cringe worthy products here such as the doggie strollers, disposable diapers and goggles which make me shake my head but other than that, they have some cute gag type stuff, like wigs for cats and dogs. Use at your own risk because I know my cats would have clawed my eyes out if I had tried to put something like that on them.
The staff was very friendly and we walked out with goodies in tow.
