  • If I could give it no stars, I would... I normally don't do immediate negative reviews but this deserved one. Rude receptionist staff...did online checkin and accidentally saw the contact fields as asking for emergency contact so listed my mother. Apparently they ended up calling my mother instead and so I called them to clear that up. Whoever answered the phone (not important enough to remember) was extremely rude to my mother when she called and when she answered my call. Definitely lost my recommendation and my business. I truly don't expect exceptional service from doctor's offices but this was uncalled for. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS OFFICE!!!
