  • The girls taking orders decided to play a game where they acted like they couldn't hear us talking on either my phone or my girlfriend's phone. After four calls, one where we were immediately put on hold for 5 minutes, we gave up. This after a long day of moving we just weren't in the mood to be toyed with. I don't think we'll be ordering from Empire again.
