Calgary Aerospace museum is a must visit for anyone interested in aviation, or at least curious in regard.
Most of the collection is in the excellent shape - you can see people really care about those machines, love them. The only nasty drawback is that poor CF-100 outside - it is just rotten through! :-( What a pity, and this aircraft is such an important part of Canadian aviation history. I hope they will rebuild it at some point - as merely restoration would not be helpful enough...
Except for that, I've spent the whole day in that museum and was totally happy. I suggest starting your visit in the big hangar with Lancaster in it, then get outside for a moment, and then spend the rest of the time in the main museum building. There is a gift-shop and all the rest of the normal museum things around.
