  • Do not purchase the "Premium Service Plan" from HHGregg for any appliance! I had purchased the LG steam washer and dryer with the 5-year "Premium Service Plan". The sales staff will tell you that everything is covered under their premium plan but the service plan department will tell you they are "not responsible for sales people's interpretation of the plan" and you should have read the entire terms and conditions for the service plan before purchasing it. This "Premium Service Plan" only covers what the manufacturer covers. So why did I purchase this 5-year premium service plan when LG has a 10 year limited warranty? Do not believe what the sales people tell you about these service plans!!! They just want to charge you an extra 20% for the appliances they are selling! I will never buy anything else from HHGregg!
