  • Had to come back & write ANOTHER review of this location (hopefully they will eventually revamp it after seeing one bad review after the next)... I reluctantly went to this location the other week to pick up a shipped item that was held for pickup... I don't remember the guys name & don't care... But what I do remember is that I was standing there for nearly TWENTY MINUTES just waiting for him to figure out his job & complete the process of me picking up my item (which was right there in front of him the entire time, mind you). Just unacceptable... I understand it being somebody's first day on the job, but for God sake if you know somebody is still learning your computer system &/or protocol, don't just let them stand there & struggle: HELP THEM OUT so the customer doesn't become a victim/guinea pig!!! Come on man, that's common sense. What irritated me even more is the fact that there was another guy wandering around behind him who clearly had a much better idea of what he was doing, yet he did as little as possible to help him out... Not sure if this other guy was the "manager" (because the last "manager" I remember interacting with at this location was a sad excuse) but he definitely seemed like he knew how to complete the transaction yet he just let the guy struggle as if he was too busy to assist him (while I stood there annoyed as ever, trying my best to be patient while this guy struggled to figure out one of the simplest transactions ever). Making matters worse was the fact that he offered NO apology for taking up so much of my time... It was just like this careless/non-concerned attitude almost as if someone suggested for him to be that way... Whatever the case may be, i'm going to say this: At the end of the day, no Fedex customer should have to stand there for TWENTY MINUTES just to pick up a freaking package at your store. Shame. I blame the manager (whoever she/he might be) for the lack of proper management, training & customer focus. One thing I must also say is that this location is not alone as far as poor customer service (all of the ones in this area are HORRIBLE, with the exception of the station just East of Thomas Road & 32nd St [which sadly holds express packages but doesn't hold ground packages]): I tried my BEST to pick up my package at THAT location, but was forced to settle for this one since it was a ground package. Next time i'll just have it he held in Alaska, or Taiwan, or on the moon... Hell, i'll have it held ANYWHERE but here.
