This place was such a disappointment!! I went with my cousin for their Happy Hour service. We got there at 2:34 PM! The host in the front sat us immediately. I personally requested to sit in the back of the restaurant because the stools she was trying to give us were too high and I'm 5'2 (not a good combination when you've been walking all day and your feet and legs hurt). The restaurant was super chic, well decorated, and snobby like. Our waitress didn't come to greet us until 16 minutes of us sitting down. When she finally comes over she left the menus and walked away. To get her attention to come take our orders we had to wait another 8 minutes. (FYI-- the restaurant was EMPTY!!) There were exactly 3 more tables aside from me! She comes over and takes our starter order. We received the food pretty quick! The quinoa salad, ravioli and the mushroom soup were pretty amazing! She then takes another 23 minutes to come to our table after I've been bobbing and raising my hands like I'm going down a roller coaster. She never asked "is everything okay?" "How is your food" "Do you need anything else"- just completely ignored us! I was so upset by then that the food I wanted to order was a NO! I asked for my check and took myself to another bar to eat my dinner. It was a true disappointment! I honestly felt like she was avoiding us on purpose! We were the only caramel colored girls in there! Everyone was white. It sucks bc I did want to order more ravioli! And that's the only reason they got 1 star from me!!
