  • After returning from Hawaii, my husband is seeking out Loco Moco, which Mokis has on the menu. However, this version was not exactly like Slappy Cakes on Maui, which, according to hubby, is to die for! What he was most disappointed with was that the eggs were WAY over cooked. He was hoping for the runny yokes. I ordered the combo plate and the pork and chicken were VERY good! We may go back for that and for Mokisadas!. :)
