  • Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I'll keep it brief for your reading pleasure but message me if you'd like the details of this fraud. Background: myself and 4 friends purchased tickets via Living Social for the VIP HookUp pool crawl that was to included 2 pools, a party bus in between, and drink specials for $34 a person. 1. Never received the email itinerary I was promised after making reservations for 5 over the phone. 2. Our LS voucher had the wrong pools listed for our pool hop...so we dragged our way across Vegas to wind up at the wrong location. Had to take a taxi to the correct venue after a phone call with one of the VIP employees. 3. Finally arrived and our "host" was drinking out of a yard-sized alcoholic beverage and looked drunk/high the entire time. Very unorganized and unprofessional. 4. Our "party bus" was an hour late to pick us up for the next venue. And it was a pink short bus. 5. Got to 2nd venue and drunk/high host didn't know where to take us so we wondered around the hotel for a good while. 6. No one at VIP HookUp had called ahead to the 2nd venue's pool and planned for our arrival. We were not allowed in to this pool. The drunk/high host had to go figure out how to gain us access to the venue. 7. Apparently venue #2 had extremely strict regulations on what you can bring into the pool area. A bag no bigger than the size of a piece of paper was allowed, and I had a beach bag with enough materials for 5 girls at the pool. We were never made aware of this restriction by VIP HookUps and I was told to check my bag at the neighboring night club if I wanted entrance. So, after hours of frustration, our group of girls gave up and bailed. Wasted too many hours of our Vegas fun on this. DO NOT USE!!!
