  • Excellent service from employee Roemello. He greeted everyone when he walked in the door, smiled, ask how our day was going and genuinely was a great guy! If every McDonald's could have THIS guy training all employee's in... Customer service and friendliness would be the best at a stores. I hoped it was because the manager caused this great chain reaction but absolutely no way after observing her as well. Small Hispanic woman that shouted orders and told them nothing positive in the 15 minutes I was there. Anyone need a great employee... This guy Roemello is your next Ceo!!!
