  • We had an AWESOME experience here yesterday!! I had forgot to mention to the cashier that we had switched out the pancakes for the waffles so we were charged extra. I noticed when we sat down and I went back and asked about the cost. They were extremely kind and quick to take care of it!!! I felt bad asking when they were so busy but I truly appreciate how nice they were and how they assured me it wasn't a problem. So many places are quick to blame the customer but IKEA really has exceptional customer service!!
