Love this gym! The work outs are challenging and engaging. Different work outs every class so you don't get bored. I also feel like it is the perfect balance between the cardio and other exercises. Sometimes you use weight, exercise balls, medicine balls, and they even have boxing on Wednesday's! On Saturdays they offer a two hour challenge class to help you burn 1000 calories! They also do training for hikes up mount charleston that you can do with a group from gym. The owners and staff are super pleasant, and teach with enthusiasm. Super glad I joined.
