  • Absolutely horrible experience for my birthday. Apparent staffing issues (they said wind lol) and construction closed down all pools within the palms complex which is why we came in the first place. Horrible management that will not compensate or try to work with you in any way. This place is the worst, it's old and falling apart. To add to it we heard six gunshots from the surrounding neighborhood during the first night of our stay. Stay clear of this place!!
