  • Wow! BEST MATTRESS really stepped it up. I complained a while back about having to wait without no response from the sales person on floor. I called the next day and spoke with Steve, the regional manager and he was the most professional manager that I have spoken with in years. It really took me back to a time when the company actually cared for the customer. When American family owned and operated businesses excelled. Steve addressed my issue and fixed it above and beyond to the point I gave him back my business because he earned it! Bravo! Steve and thank you for not being like all the other guys! I apologize if I came off a little rude but I am just used to the "I don't care attitude" when calling and voicing a complaint. Best Mattress changed my attitude and gave me hope in the the good old fashion neighborhood establishments. I Highly recommend best Mattress.
