Doctor was great but receptionist and billing is horrible. I clearly stated I wanted to pay cash for my visit how much will that be and I was told $75. On the paper they gave me it had insurance information, which I left blank since I wanted to pay cash. A month later I received a second bill for $205... I have yet to resolve this issue since everyone is unwilling to help, hanging up the phone, no supervisor to reach and I was told they have contacted my insurance and waiting for a response. When I asked what insurance they gave me a name that I have never even heard... so at this point they are adding false information to my file that I NEVER wrote down. Of course they won't here from the insurance because I am not their customer. It seems that they are just waiting for the bill to hit my credit score so I get frustrated enough to say, whatever I will just pay it and be done. NEVER going back there or would recommend anyone to go there. I will also be reporting this to BBB, and pursuing legal means to resolve this.
