  • I made an appointment at 4 pm and I got there 15 min early. I had to wait till 4:45 to get in and the receptionist even suggested I reschedule which was impossible considering I was going on vacation the next day and I had booked this appointment almost two weeks prior. I was promised to get my full 2 hours which I didn't and got out at 6 pm anyways. The technician did a solid job considering she was sick and had to take a break to blow her nose.. not going back! By the way when I got out they had the audacity to offer me a membership and didn't give me any kind of discount or apology for the insane wait..
