  • Well I got to tell you something happened to me today that changed the 3 * to a 5 *very rarely happens from a doctor or a business in general. What a surprise when I received a call from my doctor to apologize to me about recent events! Can't just heard about it from the girls up front and immediately asked for my number. She was very apologetic and was very sorry and hoping it hasn't caused any delays in my surgery. She seem to have true deep empathy for what I had gone through. The phone call lasted about 20 minutes she proceeded to tell me how she's going to change a few things to ensure that it doesn't happen again. She explained to me thoroughly how the whole system works and a little thing she thinks she can change to improve it. She ended the conversation letting me know that I can call her anytime I need anything and if I ever have a problem to tell the front office that I want to talk directly to her. Sure wish me luck and fast recovery on my upcoming surgery. I was so pleased with this I've never had a doctor go out of their way like this and spend so much time with me. I find her absolutely wonderful and an absolute blessing in my life.
