  • Finally had the opportunity to give Bobo's a try after being urged to do so by friends. I sampled both the pulled pork and the brisket. The meat was remarkably moist and tender with a great flavor without any sauce. Favorite sauce was cherry cayenne. Given the choice between Bobo's and Black Dog, I choose Bobo's! I love locally owned spots like this-it gives CU character.
