So my daughter was given a ring by her granparents 4 years ago which cracked after only 4 years. She brought it in and they said you need to go to a jeweler to fix it which I thought was quite interesting. Her grandparents then called the store and offered to buy her a new ring over the phone before she went to college the next day which they of course didn't offer them a discount since the first one broke. Didn't even show remorse for the broken ring. Anyeay when they offered to pay Pandora would not take their credit card over the phone and asked my daughter to come back with another credit card. She goes back with my credit card they would not accept it again. I was at work and offered to facetime so they can physically see that this was clearly me next to my drivers license and that was my credit card. She called her local office and they said no. When I spoke with the COO here in town she said I would have to change the billing address on my credit card to my daughters dorm address to be able to send the ring! Are you kidding me??? Have they ever heard of online orders? Orders for gifts? Clearly they lack cusotmer service to help purchase a ring that was less than $100. But to have me change my billing address to a dorm address in order for her to buy it at the store and turn around and ship it to her dorm. This is the most insane concept. I could have just as easily ordered it online at home if I wanted it shipped. I was trying to give the local store business. The COO was so stubborn she missed the big picture. This is how businesses go out of business. My daughter walked out of the store and won't shop from them again. Well done.
