  • Today while shopping in the dairy section of this Walmart, there was a man with a shopping cart full of dogs (3 of the). They were not working dogs either, one just so happened to be peeing, on the cart and floor!!!! When I approached the man working in the dairy section, he told me, "Mam, this is Walmart, they can do what ever they like." I abruptly abandoned my cart and left the store, I hated the thought that perhaps at one time dogs had pissed in the cart that I was placing my food in!! When I got home, I called and asked for the manager, he came to the phone with an attitude. He said his name was Melvin, and that there was nothing that they could do, I informed him that the Clark County Health Department had an ordinance to prohibit animals with the exception of seeing eye (working) dogs. He told me that there wasn't, are you kidding me I retired from the county! I them wrote a letter to their corporate office and on Monday, I will be filing a complaint directly to the health department, Now, I am weary as to what was in the cart before I have decided to use it!
