  • I've lived here for 6 yrs. It's extremely convenient for my multiple jobs & gr8 @ keeping my side bitches at bay when I move onto the next one. Thank God for guarded & gated communities. I'd wonna give it an extremely bad review that way you mofos stay away but i need some new young white blood to check out during pool season. Tired off the stretch marks from the regulars. Pros: 1. Corner unit, super quiet. 2. Far from elevator, peace. 3. Miles from trash chute. Crib smells good. 4. Faces away from sun. Gr8 4 summer heat. 5. Proximity from Vegas clubs. Cheap uber. 6. Close proximity to freeway & subway. 7. Gr8 club house for parties. 8. Nice pool, gym and underground parking. 9. Elotes' plug-in; he runs his routes nearby. Love him! 10. Multiple entries to sneak in ugly/fat hoes at night. Cons 1. José, Property manager a.k.a super Douche! 2. Dishwasher, never worked. Used for dish storage. 3. Washer/dryer, crap. I use it 4 wash only. I air dry. 4. Funky trash chute stank by elevator in the summer. 5. Small Service elevator. Scope b4 moving in. 6. Visitor passes. Any idiot can print & fake one. 7. Neighboring Manhattan condos. Ghetto as F! 8. Tv room malfunctions. Plenty. Hence my #1 con.... 9. Random black cat roaming around. Super scary. 10. Gossiping/Snitching New York guy. Shut D F up! 11. Concierge = Amazing! Leasing office = D bags! 12. Thugs with glass bottles at the pool. Corona.... 13. Computers @ club house. Porn storage! 14. Uninstalled ice machine at club house. Damn José! 15.Security guards are far from cream of the crop.
