Sales group has gotten better but if you have Curtis as you "Service Advisor" run....he has no idea what customer service is. It seems all customers are there at "his whim" and we should be grateful he is taking his time to wait on us. He is the polar opposite of Customer Service, he's rude, curt, and negative. It's negative and "bothered" service associates such as him that kept me from coming to this dealership before. Might have to make the drive to another dealership and pass this one.
