  • The pastries and food are alright. However, the customer service here is awful. Today the female attendant blatantly ignored a customer, even after she looked and acknowledged the him. I saw the whole ordeal: the customer walked in, walked to the counter, and the attendant walked away. It came off as pretty racist given the customer was a young black male and literally nothing he did was deserving of that treatment. It's honestly embarrassing that a local coffee shop in a generally liberal area employs indiscreetly racist and ridiculously rude employees.
