  • Exact opposite experience, No pro-active searching, no follow-up to emails or calls to positions I am obviously qualified for. One guy said he'd call me the next day, then the next week, now it's been months, so I don't waste my time on people who do not keep their word. Since I had a similar experience in another location, and their recruiters are mostly under 30 years old, I suggest that if you are over 30, do not waste your time. I don't know what their problem is, and I don't care. If they keep it up long enough they'll get sued. There are better agencies out there, and a lot of them!
