  • This place really went downhill- won't stop pulling money from my account- they play this round & round BS game of call customer service- go to the gym- if you are considering this place buy a pre-paid plan with them that way you are not forever indebted! If anyone one has a suggestion or information to get the withdrawals to stop I'd be grateful to have it. ( after posting this I was contacted by the facility and the funds are no longer being withdrawn monthly) however the funds they withdrew over the last year were not returned nor was there any interest of repaying me.
