Don't know if CVS ever actually interviews the people that they hire as managers, but if this store is anything to go by, somebody's failing. Stopped in today looking for a product and was greeted by a lovely and attractive and very helpful woman who took me to the proper place and took a few minutes to tell me what she knew about it. I decided that what they had didn't suit my needs, and as I was leaving the store, she smiled and said good bye. As this happened, I was passing a big sloppy looking guy with his tie undone and his shirt unbuttoned, who made no attempt at connecting with me, and then turned to the woman and said something I couldn't make out, but in a rude, demeaning tone. I regret not having gone back in and getting his name.
