  • Great day, great massage, and a customer service issue made right by Spa Director Stevie. Long story short, called in and was told about the Tuesday Two's Company deal... Perfect for my wife and I to get massaged. Was quoted a price. After an awesome day, my bill was much, much higher than what the reservations agent (Steven?) quoted me. Stevie, the Director, took me at my word and gave me the quoted price. It was worth every penny. Thank you for making it right, and thank you to everyone for an outstanding day.
