  • This is a horrible company to deal with and I am really not sure how they are still in business. We were assigned to work with them through our home warranty company. We found them to be thoroughly incompetent - it took them 3+ attempts at diagnosing the problem and getting to a resolution. Due to their unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness it took several weeks to get our AC working again. Avoid them like the plague.
