  • Made a brunch reservation for 10 people and were seated in an area near the outside patio. The tall ceilings, plentiful amounts of sunlight and long table added to the granduer of the restaurant. There were so much good food on the menu that I had to try as many as we could. Started with the fresh bread that was served hot from the oven. Split the salmon salad with avocado and crab cakes among 2 people. Crab cakes were surprisingly the best I've ever had. I could actually taste the crab and the sauce is excellent. The salmon salad with avocado was solid and a nice balance to all the other heavy dishes. Also had the opportunity of trying the poutine and corned beef hash. The poutine was alright and probably not worth getting if you've had poutine in Canada before. The corned beef hash tasted so good and the beef hash was juicy and flavorful, I'd definitely recommend this dish. Overall the service here was excellent and I loved everything about this meal. Didn't get to watch the Bellagio water show since our group was so large and we were seated indoors, but next time I'll try to be seated outdoors.
