Without question, the worst run company in the country! Zero customer service and the bundle package with the second worst run company in the country, Direct TV, is horrible. Neither company can figure out who is in charge of billing and repeatedly make it the customer's problem to figure it out for them. I had to demand a conference call with the 2 parties every time there was a billing issue (which in my last 2 years with them was about 6 times)! My contract period is finally over and I could not cancel both services fast enough! Now, 2.5 months later still waiting on my refunds for their billing snafus and getting tagged with $150+ failure to return equipment fees even after I told them I would return their crap equipment once I received my money that they were earning interest on. Nice job, Century Link! Kudos on your superb ability to make me FOREVER a non-customer and for ALWAYS a hater of your "company" and "product." Will put you on blast any chance I get moving forward!
