  • If I could give negative stars I would. The whole front desk staff is incredibly rude and even the manager. The manager Josh came over to solve an issue and started SCREAMING at myself in front of everyone at the gym. When I asked him a simple question he pretty much admitted they don't train their staff and it's hard to come across someone who knows what they're talking about. It's unfortunate because the other Eos gyms I've been to have incredible customer service. I don't know if it's because this one is newer or what but I would not recommend this eos to ANYONE. Making the drive to the one on Durango is worth it.
