  • This place has horrible customer service ever. I went there to get my full face waxing today, just now. I usually go to a place on willodale and sheppard to get my full face waxing done - eyebrow, chin, forehead, sideburn and everything for $25 and because the place I go to closed early today, I rushed here to get my full face waxing done here, hoping to get the same decent service that I get elsewhere. However, the lady was so rude and she told me that full face waxing for $25 does not include eyebrows and if I were to get a full face waxing, and she suddenly raised the price to $35 if I want to get my eyebrow waxing as well. What is the point of getting full face waxing when a part of the face is not include in the job? And when I told her that I won't be paying extra $10, she started swear in her own language. Horrible customer service.
