rev:text	I don't usually write bad reviews AT ALL so taking the time to write this is only to warn others not to use this company. The property management company I work for hired on CR Custom Services to handle our chiller properties. Let me start off with saying, the technician Jose had seemed like a thorough guy at first. Shortly afterwards, he had openly admitted to making commission. A majority of HVAC technicians actually make commission so I hadn't questioned anything. It was not until after he had been recommending $4000 repairs left and right when I started to question his integrity. I knew something wasn't adding up so I asked for multiple opinions from different companies. I wanted to make sure I wasn't slandering Jose or CR Customs name without knowing for certain what they have done wrong. All 3 chiller companies told me the same thing, "This system has 2 compressors, one is brand new, the other is old." They proceeded to tell me that the previous technician set the OLD compressor as the PRIMARY and the NEW compressor as the SECONDARY. Basically, the old compressor was set to primary so it would eventually fail and we would be calling CR Custom out to yet again to replace another compressor. All 3 chiller technicians also told me that the high pressure switch was bypassed which would cause a lot of problem during the summer time. It's 3/19/18, I just received notice from the current chiller company we use that the chiller can NOT start up ON 2 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES because CR Custom bypassed the terminal breakers. This frustrated me beyond belief so I felt the need to review and give 1 star. As I am writing this, I receive another call from our current chiller tech. The $5000 condenser pump we just had installed by Jose @ CR wasn't even finished!!!!!!!! The wires weren't plugged in. There are actually about 3 separate occasions that I have not even mentioned because this post would become a novel. Just take my advice and save yourself the headache by avoiding this company at all costs.
