Not a fan of Ohio Savings bank. A couple of weeks ago I deposited two checks using the mobile deposit app. Underneath the endorsement you have to write "NYCB Mobile Deposit", which I did on both. About 5 days later I write my rent check. A few days after that I check my account on the mobile app and it shows my rent check bounced, but they paid it. And my account had a negative balance of over $400. And a $36 bounced check fee. After a few calls back and forth, I'm told because I didn't check the box on the back of the checks that says "Mobile Deposit", they had to hold my checks for 2 weeks! I was never told to do this, nor did I ever see any box to be checked. When I looked, it's printed so light and so small you don't notice it. I have been depositing checks this way for months and there was never a problem. They're worse than the mob. The woman who helped me was very nice but I shouldn't have had to spend time while at work on BS like this. Very sneaky way to get more $$ out of you.
