We wanted to grab a quick lunch before heading out to Valley of Fire, and happened upon this restaurant at Aria. I'm not a fan of pizza, so a gourmet pizza place wouldn't seem to be the best option for me. Fortunately the offered things other than pizza. I ordered the meatball Parmesan sandwich and my wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken.
The meatballs had a nice taste to them, the bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese nicely melted. The sauce was a little on the sweet side, almost like a pizza sauce, but that didn't detract from the overall taste too much. The chicken on my wife's salad was perfectly cooked and the salad greens were fresh and crisp.
The waiter was very friendly and helped with menu selections. If the pizza is anywhere near as good as what we had, it is worth the trip for pizza as well.
